Karapoti Tip
“The holidays may be about relaxing, but if you’re doing Karapoti then it’s also a good time to pack in a few miles. With work, families and careers most of us never get in as much training as we’d like. Breaks like Wellington Anniversary and Waitangi weekend are a good chance for a bit of Karapoti catch-up. No one is saying ride 300km in three days; just try and get a worth while ride in every day, maybe alternating shorter, harder days with a longer, easier days”.
