• Central North Island Rail Trail - through Puriora Forest
• Pathway of Fire - Te Ara Ahi - Rotorua towards Taupo
• The Old Ghost Road - Buller Gorge to Seddonville
• Tasman Loop Trail - Nelson, Golden Downs, Motueka loop
• Westland Wilderness Trail - Greymouth to Ross via Lake Kaniere
