Posted by Thanks for the report and yes there is an active trapping and poisoning programme in the park that targets possums, rats, and stoats, but the stoats are pretty wary critters.
:Saw a few rabbits hopping around in the sun, but towards top of Koru something small, long and brown darted into the undergrowth. it was not moving like a rabbit. anyone else seen it? are there stoat traps out ?
