13.0 MONITORING PLAN

The Policy is intended for comprehensive review after a five year period (August 2002). Between the date of its adoption by Council and August 2002 it may be subject to minor amendment where circumstances and additional information dictate.

It is intended that an annual monitoring report is prepared to report on achievement of goals 3 - 7. This will be submitted to the Policy Development database as information to be incorporated into the 2002 Policy review. It will also be made available to asset management sections of Council for their review of annual management performance. A user satisfaction survey will be carried out when the Policy is reviewed in 2002 to measure achievement of Goals 1 and 2.
